East Riding Domestic Abuse Trust
We are a small local charity set up in 2003 dedicated to support local individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse. We want those surviving domestic abuse to know they are not alone, they have not been forgotten and there is financial help available to enable them to move on in their lives. We raise money through grants, donations and fundraising activities.
Our purpose
We provide funding for urgently needed items and essentials to those who have fled domestic abuse, live in the East Riding of Yorkshire and cannot access other funding.

What do we fund?
We provide funding for urgently needed items and essentials to those who have fled domestic abuse, live in the East Riding of Yorkshire and cannot access other funding.
Cookers, fridges, washing machines, tumble dryers, carpets, beds, hoovers, safety alarms, school uniforms, children's books and more.
Who do we work with?
We work closely with, and receive referrals from, the East Yorkshire Domestic Violence and Abuse Partnership (DVAP) and Lampstand, who request funding on behalf of their clients for urgently needed items that cannot be funded in any other way.
